Level Two Food Safety Online Training and Certification in Food Protection
Is your food service operation and/or retail food establishment license a risk level III and risk level IV, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) requires one employee, who has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service, to have a level two certificate. TAP Series offers and online course in lieu of a 15-hour (2 day) classroom study requirement. The online course meets ODH requirements.
