The answer is YES! Harrison County 4-H is open to all youth who love "learning by doing." 4-H creates a positive, accepting atmosphere that encourages our youth to get physically involved in the learning process-- and each experience is different!  One thing is certain: EVERYONE is welcomed and accepted in our 4-H Program!
