About 4-H
What is 4-H? 4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. 4-H is a non-formal educational, youth development program offered to individuals age 5 and in Kindergarten to 19. Youth are involved in hands-on, experiential learning that allows learning by doing . All 4-H programs focus on active involvement and quality experiences which stimulate lifelong learning of values and skills.

2013 Harrison County 4-H Video Scholarship
Thanks to a special donation from Rosebud Mining, the Harrison County 4-H Committee is offering a scholarship contest this year. Applicants will complete a quality, 2-5 minute Youtube™ video which highlights his/her 4-H career, the value of 4-H, and future plans. There are no written requirements as the entire contest is online!
